Drawing inspiration from the lotus flower, which can be found growing in almost impossible conditions, at Lóis we focus on one’s ability to grow despite the obstacles and help people work with their environment rather than against it, so they reach their full potential.
Background
Having worked in recruitment, employee training, development and wellness in the HR industry for almost 20 years, Elaine knew her passion lay in helping people reach their full potential. Reflecting on her own values, she wished to make her knowledge and expertise more readily available to a broader audience and gained the motivation to make this dream a reality by setting up Lóis. After supporting top talents in top organisations, Elaine now strives to offer the same level of service to her clients.

Lóis was developed to help people flourish in these challenging times. Elaine (our founder) hails from Galway. As a naturally caring person, she is passionate about people and supporting them on their professional or life journeys. She believes it is a true privilege when a person asks her to support them on their journey, to support them in making changes that will awaken their full potential.
